As the sales representative, you will be the face that our clients associate with our brand. You will be driving to various sites in a company-owned vehicle to interact with our clients, recognize and respond to their needs, and generate sales.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishing new rental and sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer on job sites and offices
Pre-assessing and identifying the customer’s needs on the job site and choosing the right machine for the job
Preparing detailed quotes based customer rental needs, specifications and availabilities
Educating customers about equipment through demonstration
Acting as a liaison between the clients and operations to ensure customer satisfaction
Key Skills and Requirements:
Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
Minimum of 2 years experience in outside sales
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook
Proven sales ability; strong qualifying and prospecting skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
Highly organized, a self-starter with good time management skills
Willingness to learn, ability to work with minimal supervision, and resilient when facing challenges
Problem solving, decision-making skills and the ability to multi-task
